Service Description
DateMakeover provides AI-powered dating profile analysis and coaching. You upload screenshots of your dating profile, and our AI evaluates your photos, prompts, and overall presentation, then delivers personalized recommendations to help you improve your results.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use DateMakeover. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Payment Terms
DateMakeover offers the following paid plans:
- One-time analysis: $39 for a single comprehensive profile review.
- Monthly subscription: $14.99 per month for ongoing access to profile analysis, prompt coaching, and conversation coaching features. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.
Refund Policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 7 days of your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, contact us at support@datemakeover.com within 7 days and we will issue a full refund. After the 7-day window, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Cancellation
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, you retain access to paid features through the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
Acceptable Use
When using DateMakeover, you agree not to:
- Upload screenshots of other people's dating profiles without their explicit consent.
- Upload content that is abusive, harassing, threatening, or that promotes violence or discrimination.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our written permission.
- Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple people to use a single account.
Intellectual Property
The DateMakeover service, including its design, code, AI models, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of the content you upload (your screenshots and profile information). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license expires when your screenshots are deleted from our servers (within 24 hours of upload).
AI-Generated Content
The profile reviews, prompt suggestions, and coaching recommendations provided by DateMakeover are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive to provide high-quality, actionable advice, we cannot guarantee that following our suggestions will lead to specific outcomes on any dating platform. AI-generated content should be treated as suggestions, not professional advice. You are solely responsible for how you use the recommendations, and you should always apply your own judgment when making changes to your dating profile.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DateMakeover and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of revenue, or damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated recommendations.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific results will be achieved through its use.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, the Service, or our business. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any data associated with your account will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
